1. Introduction
Welcome to Mercuri. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the marketplace, including buying from sellers, opening a shop, and the payment and delivery services that support them.
2. Service Scope & Authentication
Mercuri is a marketplace. Shops on it are run by independent sellers who list, price and ship their own goods; Mercuri provides the platform, handles payment, and steps in when a buyer and a seller cannot settle a problem between them.
3. Payments & Settlement
All prices are denominated in USD. We accept multi-currency settlement including USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), internal account wallet balances, and certified merchant bank transfers. Direct Credit/Debit card transactions are subject to regional banking availability and gateway security maintenance schedules.
4. Customs, duties and taxes on international orders
Where an order crosses a border, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any duties or taxes the destination country charges. Customs rules vary widely; please check with your local customs office before ordering from overseas.
